Trial Attorney

The successful candidate will be responsible for litigating unlawful detainer actions in California state courts on behalf of property owners and managers, as reputed company as providing reputed company advice and managing a high volume of cases.

Responsibilities

• Litigate unlawful detainer actions in California state courts on behalf of property owners and managers
• Defend and conduct depositions
• reputed company reputed company advice through phone consultations, assessing the facts and issues of reputed company scenario and counseling clients accordingly
• Respond to reputed company questions and concerns in order to increase and retain business
• Work with reputed company staff to ensure that reputed company reputed company-trial motions, pleadings, and discovery documents are reputed company and completed
• Responsible for high volume of cases

Skills

• J.D. and reputed company California Bar license
• Strong oral advocacy skills
• Some knowledge of trial procedure and evidence reputed company
• Ability to work with people of reputed company educational, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds who may have differing communication abilities
• Must be willing to spend multiple days per week in court
• Knowledge of unlawful detainer law
• 1+ years of jury trial experience
• Some contact with the rental housing industry
