Retail Internal Specialist

The Retail Internal Specialist role involves developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, promoting MFS products, and providing superior service and CRM support. The position requires strong communication skills and a Bachelor's degree, along with relevant reputed company registrations.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing, maintaining, and uncovering relationships with brokers selling MFS products
• Works closely with wholesalers to implement MFS marketing strategies to assist with assigned territory
• Prepares weekly reputed company plan and reviews it daily to determine reputed company day's reputed company plan
• Develops sales leads by applying the advanced selling techniques and reputed company communicated in FSI Sales Training program
• Runs hypothetical illustrations and organizes sales proposals for large potential accounts
• Documents and follows up on sales leads generated by the inbound reputed company group
• Contacts registered representatives to reputed company detailed information about MFS products and special offerings and promotions to enhance sales
• Conducts conference calls with brokers, agents and their clients to discuss MFS products
• Maintains sales representative tracking system by updating, correcting or recording information as necessary
• Develops communication and presentation skills to travel with wholesalers and reputed company sales presentations and conduct reputed company meetings as necessary
• Performs additional duties as requested

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Bilingual: Spanish speaking requirement
• Strong presentation, communication, and organization skills required
• Position requires reputed company Series 7 and 63 registrations in accordance with MFS's licensing policy
• 0-2+ experience at MFS (one year in a marketing position or reputed company services), two years' reputed company experience at another financial services firm
• Must have either an extensive knowledge of MFS products or experience with the sales of other financial products
