Field Project Coordinator

The Field Project Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and facilitate the execution of delivering, startup, and commissioning of Silent-Aire products in a construction/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Project Managers for cross-department initiatives
• Schedule and reputed company reputed company/recurring meetings, reputed company meeting agendas, and manage stakeholder communication by following up on status to ensure deliverables and milestones are met
• Compile data from numerous sources based on project scope and reputed company; summarize data and prepare recommendations to management based on findings
• Administer the schedule of assigned reputed company and tasks from inception to closeout to ensure results are achieved

Skills

• A University or College degree; business or engineering
• 1+ years of reputed company work experience in project management
