Field services Engineer

reputed company is a leading provider of IT services, and they are seeking a Field Services Engineer to reputed company onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure while ensuring minimal downtime and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• reputed company onsite and remote support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices
• Diagnose and resolve incidents reputed company defined SLAs, escalating reputed company required
• reputed company break/fix, IMAC (Install, reputed company, Add, Change), and preventive maintenance activities
• Coordinate with remote support teams and vendors for reputed company issue reputed company
• Ensure compliance with reputed company, safety, and customer policies while working onsite
• Document incidents, resolutions, and asset updates accurately in ticketing systems

Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
• Hands on experience with desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripheral devices
• Working knowledge of reputed company OS, basic networking (LAN/WAN), and ITSM tools
• Ability to reputed company IMAC, break/fix, and onsite support activities independently
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA commitments
• Awareness of reputed company, safety, and compliance standards
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a reputed company field
