The role involves reputed company review and processing of electronic reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and maintaining reputed company correspondence with case managers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• reputed company review and processing of electronic reports/documentation reputed company the "A" and "D" queues
• reputed company electronic review of report submissions in the 'A' queue which includes a review of case note entries and narrative fields reputed company the reports utilizing the appropriate checklist
• Carefully collates report with reputed company invoices, and then uploads invoices, reports, and enclosures into ISYS' database and sends the final product to the customer utilizing the appropriate checklist
• Courteously corresponds with ISYS case managers and supervisors by email and/or telephone to discuss reports and obtain any additional information that may be necessary to ensure the accuracy of any reports
• Proactively monitors general email account and addresses any inquiries or directs them to the appropriate party
• Ensuring reputed company and compliance with customer requirements
• Completes reputed company functions in a reputed company manner consistent with ISYS' Brand/Values and standards of reputed company and protocols
