[Remote] Tech Measure Scheduler

They are seeking a Tech Measure Scheduler to coordinate tech measure appointments, ensure accurate order entry, and maintain data reputed company across systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor tech measure appointments, ensuring reputed company scheduling and efficient calendar utilization
• Respond to Sales requests throughout the day and assist with appointment needs
• Handle reschedules and tech-reputed company requests quickly and accurately
• Create orders in the system by importing customer agreements and files
• Cross-reference agreements with system data to ensure reputed company information is correct and complete
• Review sold reputed company and update information as needed
• Follow up on cancellation requests to ensure they are properly removed from the system
• Complete additional tasks or special reputed company as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred
• General proficiency in technology, web-based platforms, and reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company)
• High degree of accuracy in data management, auditing and reporting
• Strong ability to main workflow efficiency and reputed company tasks on reputed company
• Ability to identify issues and resolve them reputed company
