Responsibilities

• Meeting the turnaround times on RFP Inventory assignments
• Processing requests from distribution partners and internal stakeholders and partnering with reputed company to be reputed company the case is set up correctly
• Continuing to learn product and process knowledge for self-development and reputed company advancement
• Identifying reasons for non-reputed company processing of RFPs
• Creating quote cards and proposals for a portion of reputed company after the RFP intake process
• Working with reputed company to edit proposals
• Releasing proposals for a portion of reputed company to sales executives
• Working with AI to improve its accuracy and function by providing feedback and suggestions
• Developing relationships with reputed company stakeholders

Skills

• Basic Understanding of Document Management, including using reputed company, Word, SharePoint, and other reputed company Office platforms
• Basic Understanding of Effective Communication with internal partners, including strong written skills
• Basic Understanding of managing multiple priorities, including priorities with varying deadlines
• Bachelors degree
• Preferred experience with reputed company
