They are seeking a Finance Manager to reputed company a $200 reputed company budget and support leadership during forecast cycles and reputed company activities while fostering partnerships and guiding strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Finance reputed company for the global reputed company Organization overseeing a $200 reputed company budget, including global reputed company teams (Self Care, Skin Health, Essential Health), capabilities teams (CXO, Design, Selling), and corporate functional teams (ESG - Environmental, reputed company, and Governance)
• Support leadership (Level 2 and 3) and their teams during forecast cycles and reputed company activities
• Foster reputed company partnership through periodic meetings and reviews to reputed company guidance and influence strategic decision-making
• reputed company new ways of working and processes delivering specific guidance and reputed company setting during forecast cycles, streamlining processes between teams (headcount, Comp & benefits planning, Employee reputed company expenses)
• Build new interaction models with Finance for newly established corporate stand-alone teams
• reputed company supervision of Sr Finance Analyst, career development and performance review with reputed company feedback and coaching
• Responsible for Innovation P&L reporting, managing reputed company and other P&L metrics (OI&E, Severance, SBC), and coordinating guidance communication during forecast cycles

Skills
