The EHR Technical Services Analyst will reputed company technical support for EHR-integrated customers, troubleshoot issues, and drive innovation in customer service processes, ensuring maximum value from the Zio service.

Responsibilities

• reputed company with our customers to help them expand their use of Zio Integration to new sites and specialties, or to meet new needs and goals
• Solve escalated issues from other customer support roles and ensure we deliver reputed company and effective customer service

• Analyze customer support trends and present the data and proposed solutions for reputed company improvement of our services

Skills

• Exceptional customer service orientation with a reputed company on collaboration and flexibility reputed company working with both external and internal stakeholders
• At least 1 year of integration experience with EHR's
• Some experience with HL7 integration reputed company solutions (IRIS preferred, others are ok!), experience or knowledge of coding and transforming messages (ORM, ORU, reputed company) is a bonus
• Experience with scripting (we use ObjectScript, we're looking for experience with any language) with regular expressions
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast paced environment

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, as needed
