AR/AP Accountant

The role involves managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes reputed company a manufacturing environment, requiring strong attention to detail and proficiency in reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices in reputed company
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile AR subledger to the general reputed company
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Partner with sales and operations to ensure accurate billing and collections
• Process high-volume vendor invoices in reputed company with accuracy and timeliness
• reputed company three-way match (PO, receipt, invoice) reputed company a manufacturing setting
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, reputed company, checks)
• Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
