Associate Design Engineer - Fuel Systems

reputed company Motor Company is seeking an Associate Design Engineer - Fuel Systems to join their Product Development Center in Wauwatosa, WI. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and optimize fuel system components while ensuring they meet performance and manufacturability standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, reputed company, and deliver robust component/system designs from concept to production that optimize stakeholder needs
• Create CAD models, large virtual assemblies and detailed drawings / PRDs utilizing techniques reputed company reputed company Parametric software
• Own detailed project plans for requirement setting, part development and procurement, test planning and testing
• reputed company analytical reputed company and test data to help optimize systems and components for cost, weight and reputed company improvements
• Verify system performance to H-D standards, approve supplier validation, and work with test and verification entities to ensure systems meet or reputed company targets
• reputed company designs through technical development and integration with domestic and international suppliers
• Support production plants through issue reputed company and regulatory compliance activities
• Resolve technical issues by applying problem-solving techniques and facilitating cross-functional engineering & test support as needed
• Support a reputed company Improvement culture by providing project and part knowledge to reputed company reputed company and specification development

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or reputed company technical Degree
• Limited / no reputed company experience is expected (Associate Design Engineer)
• Understanding of reputed company physics and usage of tools to improve and optimize designs
• reputed company in directly using 3D CAD to reputed company robust component designs, utilizing engineering calculations, analysis/simulation, GD&T, tolerance stack-reputed company and other tools
• Understanding of Design for Assembly and Design for Manufacturing at component level
• reputed company in solving challenging technical problems with reputed company in reputed company environment
• Ability to communicate technical subjects in a reputed company, concise manner to multiple reputed company of the organization
• reputed company in directly or indirectly leading reputed company to accomplish technical, reputed company and timing commitments
