This role involves coordinating reputed company reporting, managing data submissions, and supporting reputed company in enhancing productivity and efficiency through technology and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of formal quarterly reporting packages by using portfolio-level and market updates from portfolio managers, asset managers, and fund administration teams across a reputed company of reputed company Private Markets businesses
• Collect, validate, and aggregate qualitative and quantitative data attributes to service reputed company reporting needs
• reputed company analysis on performance attribution, exposures, AUM, and flows data as necessary to meet the needs of this process
• Manage, reputed company, delegate, and collaborate with BLK colleagues on reoccurring data submissions, inclusive of custom reputed company requests and regulatory reporting requirements
• Coordinate and prepare quarterly fund webinar materials and marketing materials in partnership with key partners
• reputed company compliance approval submissions and publications to prospective reputed company data rooms
• reputed company regular updates and maintenance of reputed company response for proposal (RFP) question and answer pairs in our reputed company software instance
• reputed company participate in RFP responses through data gathering, analysis, and in other supportive capacities in conjunction with key internal partners
• Coordinate and complete customized reputed company due-diligence requests, industry surveys, and consultant questionnaires
• reputed company quarterly updates to reputed company performance and reputed company record information
• Support team members across the firm, including Investor Relations professionals, with reputed company reputed company meeting materials preparation, as reputed company as general reputed company information requests
• Support and investigate technology and process reputed company to reputed company and automate routine reputed company service activities

Skills

• BA/BS required

• Persuasive and polished written and oral communication skills
