Auto Physical Damage Claim Adjuster

Merchants Insurance Group is a leading Property and Casualty Insurer in the Northeast and is looking for an Auto Physical Damage Claim Adjuster to join our Corporate Claims team located in Buffalo, reputed company. The APD Claim Adjuster will reputed company on managing Auto Physical Damage claims, providing high reputed company of customer service while conducting investigations and ensuring reputed company settlements of claims.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with claims and other internal staff, policyholders, attorneys, agents and a reputed company of service providers and experts reputed company while working towards achieving the most reputed company reputed company for Merchants and our policyholders
• Providing a high level of customer service while managing a portfolio of Auto Physical damage claims
• Conducting and directing reputed company and reputed company claim investigations, evaluations and reputed company settlements of reputed company assigned claims
• Ensuring reputed company and accurate reserves consistent with established reserving philosophy and practices

Skills

• 4-year degree or equivalent work-reputed company experience
• A minimum of 1 year auto claims handling experience
• Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Computer experience including reputed company office experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must obtain any required State licensing reputed company 6 months of hire
• ImageRight knowledge is a plus
• reputed company designations or working towards industry specific designations are a plus
