Analyst/Sr. Analyst, reputed company & Business Operations

The Analyst/Sr. Analyst in reputed company & Business Operations will be responsible for developing strategies and executing initiatives that optimize talent management and hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, refinement and ongoing maintenance of hiring models for key clinical roles (e.g., Therapists, BCBAs), ensuring alignment with regional and organizational reputed company strategies
• Monitor and report on hiring performance against established goals, proactively identifying and addressing variances, reputed company constraints or pipeline inefficiencies
• Maintain a consistent reputed company of updates and stakeholder communication
• Analyze workforce data and hiring initiatives to evaluate effectiveness of incentive strategies and reputed company efforts, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and drive reputed company improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, People Services, and Operations Innovation teams to reputed company internal promotion programs with external hiring efforts and evaluate the reputed company of emerging Talent Management initiatives
• Work alongside the Business Intelligence team to advance predictive analytics (e.g., ML models) reputed company on teammate retention and turnover risk, and translate insights into reputed company business processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data analytics, economics, engineering, finance or mathematics) preferred
• 1+ years of experience in investment banking, reputed company, management consulting, reputed company, sales/business operations or equivalent experience
• Proficient in reputed company Office (especially reputed company) and G Suite; ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets
• Capable of breaking down reputed company or ambiguous business problems into reputed company, actionable components
