People Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator responsible for day-to-day People operations, including reputed company, employee experience, compliance, and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records reputed company HRIS and personnel files, ensuring data reputed company, organization, and compliance with company policies
• Administer and monitor reputed company I-9 employment eligibility verifications, ensuring reputed company completion, accurate documentation, and adherence to federal regulations
• Support new hire reputed company by preparing required documentation, coordinating system reputed company setup, and scheduling orientation sessions
• Partner with People Operations, IT, and hiring managers to deliver a seamless and welcoming first-day experience for new employees
• Assist with off-boarding processes, including documentation collection, system reputed company updates, and coordination of exit procedures
• reputed company administrative support for employee engagement initiatives and reputed company programs as needed
• Proactively identify and implement workflow improvements, leveraging AI and other tools to streamline and automate backend processes

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in HR/People operations or coordination in a start-up environment
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
