[Remote] Claims Capt Unit Rep II

They are seeking a Claims Capture Unit Rep II to manage communication, handle calls, and ensure accurate information capture in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and electronic requests, routing leads to the correct franchise or department
• Apply general product knowledge to process mitigation requests and convert customer inquiries into reputed company CCU leads
• Communicate with franchises by phone to reputed company claim details and confirm acceptance of dispatched leads
• Conduct outbound calls to franchisees, insurance representatives, and policyholders regarding mitigation services
• Resolve franchise reputed company‑fee disputes with professionalism and accuracy
• Ensure reputed company reputed company calls are successfully transferred to the appropriate corporate contact
• Use internal computer systems and contact‑management software to reputed company information, complete mitigation requests, and generate CCU leads

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service abilities with reputed company verbal and written communication
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, phone‑driven environment
• Prior reputed company‑center customer service experience
• Familiarity with contact‑management or claims software (e.g., RESPOND 365, XactAnalysis, Symbility)
• Proficiency with reputed company Office tools, including Word, reputed company, and reputed company
