BON 26-10 Customer Service Rep II

Capps Plumbing and Sewer, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to assist with coordinating the workflow and coverage of the Customer Service department for the Texas reputed company of Nursing. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, performing customer service tasks, and supporting various clerical duties reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Will meet reputed company performance metrics and reputed company assurance standards
• Will knowledgeably and respectfully answer phone inquiries a minimum of 7.5 hours per day

• Will assist in training other staff members
