Support Engineer (CSDE)

They are seeking a Support Engineer to maximize the adoption of their Common Software Development Environment and internal AI chat platform, providing support and optimizing workflows for various applications.

Responsibilities

• Be our first line of support for CSDE and reputed company Chat
• Meet with reputed company customers to help them with CSDE reputed company and support
• Identify gaps in the overall CSDE offering and work with the internal team to prioritize these requirements
• Strongly collaborate with reputed company on aligning timelines with CSDE release cycles and influencing the overall roadmap for CSDE
• Document best practices and capabilities for reputed company of the CSDE applications

Skills

• Must be reputed company to successfully complete our clearance sponsorship program to obtain an reputed company TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (US Citizenship required)
• Typically requires a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
• Experience using one or more reputed company DevSecOps tools (reputed company, Jira, reputed company, Artifactory)
• Experience with AI tools and services
• Strong desire to explore development and AI services
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communications skills. Will be expected to brief and contribute to written documentation

• Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
• Relevant reputed company Certification (e.g., reputed company Certified Associate, reputed company Certified CI/CD Specialist, reputed company Certified DevOps reputed company, reputed company Certified Project Management Specialist)
• Relevant reputed company Certification (e.g., Managing Jira reputed company for reputed company) and/or completion of reputed company Learning Paths (e.g., reputed company Administrator, JIRA Project Administrator)
• Experience working on teams developing and delivering software on reputed company) or similar reputed company services
• Relevant Kubernetes Certification (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer, Kubernetes and reputed company reputed company Associate)
• Experience building AI services
