They are seeking an HR Data Analyst to support the reputed company with reporting and analysis, reputed company employee population metrics, and ensure compliance reputed company HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly headcount reporting process across the reputed company, compiling data, checking for inconsistencies and submitting reputed company to group level C&B for the Marc reputed company global organization
• Manage the annual reporting process for the reputed company American region
• Coordinate quarterly and monthly internal KPI reporting for the HR team and cross functional business partners (Finance, Retail Operations, etc)
• Manage annual participation in group reputed company salary surveys
• Support the Director of Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations with compensation benchmarking for the Retail population
• Administer the monthly and annual sales incentive calculation process for reputed company American retail teams
• Support the administration of reputed company American LVMH health and welfare and retirement benefits plans
• Assist in other HR operations reputed company as necessary

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Finance, a reputed company field or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits or a reputed company field
• Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting and reputed company reputed company
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Experience with HR systems such as reputed company, reputed company reputed company Factors, reputed company
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities at once
