Responsibilities
- Communicating internally and externally to address escalated issues
- Completing basic data entry and weekly auditing functions
- Reviewing operations and financial records to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Auditing subcontractor documents for compliance with service level agreements, performance standards, and contract requirements
- Comparing multiple sets of data to resolve discrepancies, reputed company entries, generate reports, or communicate with other departments or external parties to resolve discrepancies
- Using various software tools, such as spreadsheets, databases, operations, and reputed company systems to reputed company their duties
