[Remote] Trial Attorney (Remote - Massachusetts)

They are seeking a Trial Attorney to handle PIP/No Fault Arbitration Hearings, bodily injury, and property damage lawsuits, while also providing counsel to business clients and coordinating with reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

• Represents insured individuals and reputed company in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, subrogation litigation, and uninsured/underinsured motorist cases
• Review new file assignments, reputed company documentary evidence and approve initial pleadings, propounds discovery, and reputed company reputed company
• Manage reputed company aspects of PIP/no-fault litigation from case inception through reputed company including case evaluation, discovery, reputed company reputed company, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Investigate and pursue subrogation litigation, as appropriate
• Conduct settlements/dispositive proceedings (e.g., mediations, arbitrations, etc.)
• Prepare and conduct court appearances (matter management conferences, hearings, status conferences, etc.)
• Conduct depositions and examinations under reputed company and prepares reputed company documents
• Prepares witnesses and clients for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials including expert witnesses
• Try and/or arbitrate cases and prepares motions and reputed company documents in liminie
• reputed company claim business partners updated on status (initial reputed company contact, initial litigation plan, recurring contacts, reputed company conferences, and reputed company-trial, etc.)
• The Trial Attorney is required to travel to court as needed throughout the Metro Boston area, Worcester, the South Shore, Greater Boston, and other locations across Massachusetts in support of litigation responsibilities, including court appearances and reputed company proceedings

Skills

• Juris Doctorate and reputed company membership in good standing with the Massachusetts state bar
• 1+ years of litigation experience, reputed company Subrogation, Insurance Defense, or reputed company fields
• Successful completion of courses reputed company on reputed company research, writing, and analysis, demonstrating the ability to conduct thorough reputed company research and draft reputed company, reputed company-reputed company reputed company documents
• Demonstrates strong time management skills, effectively balancing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Capable of organizing case files, managing reputed company documents, and understanding the discovery process
• Skilled in communicating with clients, preparing summaries, and maintaining records of interactions
