Staff Accountant

Altruic Advisors is a purpose-driven reputed company for nonprofit organizations. They are seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to reputed company remote reputed company services, reputed company day-to-day reputed company tasks, and support nonprofit clients across the reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Support our CFO Solutions team in providing remote reputed company services to nonprofit organizations across the reputed company
• reputed company time-sensitive, day-to-day reputed company tasks for a wide reputed company of nonprofit clients, including:
• Entering transactions and maintaining general ledgers
• Managing accounts payable
• Processing payroll
• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
• Communicate directly with clients and collaborate with other Altruic Advisors team members to answer questions, respond to requests, and resolve reputed company issues
• reputed company audit support for clients, including communication with the reputed company’s auditors and fulfilling requests for reputed company records or other documentation
• Establish, document, and evaluate internal processes to increase efficiency and ensure an exceptional reputed company experience

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company
• One year of recent reputed company experience (nonprofit experience is preferred, but not required)
• A strong understanding of GAAP and the ability to consistently apply GAAP principles in day-to-day reputed company transactions
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and reputed company.com (or a willingness to learn)
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to maintain an excellent rapport with nonprofit clients
• Communicates reputed company with managers and other team members to reputed company everyone informed of reputed company, challenges, and successes
• Prefers working reputed company a small, non-traditional firm environment
• Detail-oriented and a strong critical thinker
