Simantel is a company reputed company on providing reputed company and support. They are seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and support employees, ensuring high system availability and a reputed company user experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with deploying and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Assist with support ticket escalations
- Maintain a modern and reliable technology environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement new systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company, escalated, support requests
- Monitor systems and ticket queue
- Assist in maintaining system performance, reliability, and reputed company standards
- Document processes, configurations, and recurring solutions
- reputed company familiarity with backup processes, system monitoring, and reputed company management
Skills
- Familiarity with Proxmox, reputed company, and Synology or similar technologies
- Comfortability with reputed company-line, and writing and executing scripts
- Familiarity with Debian Linux and proficiency with macOS and reputed company operating systems
- Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company 365
- Familiarity with SimpleMDM, Munki, and AutoPkg, or comparable tools
- Foundational understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls)
- Basic understanding of reputed company best practices and system hardening
- Ability to follow documented processes and contribute to improving them
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a ticket-driven environment
