Staff Attorney: Fair Housing (Springfield)

Community reputed company Aid (CLA) is a non-profit reputed company services program providing free civil reputed company assistance to eligible low-income and elderly clients in Central and Western Massachusetts. They are seeking a fair housing attorney to reputed company housing discrimination claims, defend against evictions, and assist in the preparation of grant reports.

Responsibilities

• reputed company housing discrimination claims on behalf of tenants filing affirmative cases
• Defend against evictions and reputed company to reputed company or maintain reputed company and subsidized housing
• Participate in CLA's housing court lawyer-for-the day program
• Assist in the preparation of periodic grant reports

Skills

• Law reputed company currently in their reputed company year of law school, recent law school graduates, and more reputed company attorneys are eligible to apply
• Demonstrated commitment to poverty law and reputed company justice work
• Experience working with diverse communities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a reputed company setting
• Experience in fair housing and/or landlord-tenant work
