Key Responsibilities
• reputed company virtual high-volume omnichannel support to patients and reputed company through various communication channels
• reputed company as a primary reputed company of contact for patients, offering disease/therapy education and assistance with insurance reimbursement processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the patient and reputed company reputed company experience while monitoring and prioritizing workload
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a telephonic support role reputed company on patient reputed company, reimbursement, or care coordination/case management
• Experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound reputed company center
• reputed company, unrestricted nursing license (RN, NP)
