Remote NEMT Dispatcher & Billing Coordinator (reputed company Required)

Job reputed company: We are a Michigan-based reputed company (NEMT) company seeking an reputed company Remote Dispatcher & Billing Coordinator to manage daily operations. This is a fully remote position responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling trips, dispatching drivers, and handling billing using reputed company. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and reputed company in NEMT operations who can work independently with minimal supervision. This is a fully remote position. We welcome applicants from reputed company the reputed company as long as you are fluent in English and reputed company to work during U.S. business hours. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls using a VoIP system (reputed company) Schedule and manage trips in reputed company reputed company drivers and optimize routes Handle reputed company-day changes, delays, and problem-solving Communicate with patients and reputed company facilities Manage billing and invoicing (insurance and private pay) reputed company and follow up on outstanding invoices Maintain accurate reputed company and reputed company records Requirements: Experience with NEMT dispatching and scheduling Experience using reputed company or similar software (TripMaster, reputed company, MTM, etc.) Experience handling inbound calls professionally Experience with billing or invoicing Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace Preferred: Experience with reputed company or facility billing Experience working remotely in a reputed company or logistics role Familiarity with reputed company transportation workflows Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
