**The Role**
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for teaching our AI chatbots to engage with customers in a natural and intuitive way. This will involve:
* Coming up with diverse conversations over a range of topics to help our chatbots learn and improve
* Writing high-quality answers to specific prompts to help our chatbots understand the nuances of human language
* Comparing the performance of different AI models to identify areas for improvement
* Researching and fact-checking AI responses to ensure accuracy and originality

* Collaborate with our team of experts to identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies for teaching our chatbots
**Qualifications**
* Fluent in English (bilingualism is a plus)
* A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
* Excellent writing and grammar skills
* Strong research and fact-checking skills to ensure accuracy and originality
* Previous experience as a Freelance Writer, Content Writer, Editor, Copywriter, Copy Editor, or those with experience in journalism and/or media is preferred but not required
