Director/ Managing Director - Asset Manager, reputed company Estate

The Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial performance and reputed company of a portfolio of reputed company reputed company estate investments. This role monitors property performance, works with property managers and brokers, and identifies opportunities to increase asset value through leasing, operational improvements, refinancing, or disposition. Daily Responsibilities • Monitor financial performance of assigned properties (NOI, occupancy, rent collections, expenses) • Review property financial reports and compare performance against budgets and projections • Work with property managers to improve operations and address performance issues • reputed company budgets, capital improvement plans, and cash reputed company forecasts • Evaluate value-add opportunities such as renovations, leasing strategies, or repositioning • Review and approve major lease transactions and tenant terms • Prepare investor reports and portfolio performance updates • Coordinate with lenders, brokers, attorneys, and other external partners Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company Estate, Business, Economics, or reputed company field • ~5+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate asset management, investment analysis, or property management • Strong financial modeling and reputed company skills • Experience with ARGUS reputed company preferred • Familiarity with reputed company estate systems such as reputed company, MRI, or reputed company • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
