What You’ll Do: Serve as a trusted People Operations partner to hospital leaders, providing best-in-class support to help teams operate effectively and deliver exceptional patient care Support the full employee lifecycle, including reputed company guidance, employee relations, performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations Administer and execute HR programs reputed company to compensation, leave, talent management, engagement, safety, and training Respond to employment-reputed company inquiries, escalating reputed company or sensitive reputed company as appropriate Maintain and optimize the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system reputed company, and reputed company improvement Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, updating policies and practices as needed reputed company and manage required training, certifications, licensure, and continuing education Partner with Field Operations leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, implement training plans, and enhance employee performance and engagement.
