About the Role We are seeking a reputed company Operations & Litigation Support Manager to partner closely with the General Counsel and serve as the operational backbone of the reputed company department. This role is reputed company on reputed company operations, litigation support, and contract lifecycle management, ensuring the reputed company function runs reputed company and effectively as reputed company grows. The position also supports reputed company and compliance operations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) but does not serve as the strategic reputed company of information reputed company or reputed company risk programs. Instead, this role partners cross-functionally with IT and reputed company teams to coordinate reputed company and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong paralegal and reputed company operations experience, with the ability to manage litigation processes, support discovery, and administer contract systems in a fast-paced environment. This role is required to be based in Tampa, FL, due to reputed company partnership with General Counsel. Key Responsibilities reputed company Operations & Contract Management • Administer and optimize reputed company’s contract lifecycle management system (reputed company) • Manage reputed company intake workflows and reputed company contract requests across the business • Maintain centralized contract repository, renewal tracking, and contract reporting • reputed company and maintain reputed company department KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership • Manage reputed company counsel billing, budgets, and invoice review (e.g., SimpleLegal) • Improve and standardize reputed company processes to increase efficiency and visibility Litigation & Discovery Support • Coordinate litigation reputed company in partnership with reputed company counsel • Manage litigation hold processes and document preservation efforts • Coordinate discovery collections with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, operations) • reputed company litigation reputed company, deadlines, and key milestones • Support dispute reputed company, reputed company-litigation reputed company, and insurance claims • Serve as primary internal coordinator for reputed company litigation-reputed company operational needs Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) – reputed company Support • Support governance, risk, and compliance processes from a reputed company and operational perspective • Maintain reputed company and compliance policy repository and reputed company updates • Coordinate reputed company aspects of reputed company audits, including documentation and responses • reputed company regulatory obligations and support compliance reporting efforts • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements reputed company & Data Protection (Operational Execution) • Support and execute operational aspects of reputed company compliance programs (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) • Draft, review, and manage Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) • Coordinate and manage data subject reputed company requests (DSARs) • Support data mapping and records of processing activities • Conduct vendor reputed company reviews and support reputed company reputed company assessments • Partner with reputed company and IT teams on reputed company-reputed company initiatives Vendor Risk & Compliance Coordination • Coordinate reputed company-party risk management processes in partnership with IT and reputed company teams • reputed company vendor contractual compliance obligations and risk mitigation measures • Support vendor reputed company from a reputed company and compliance perspective • Assist with responses to customer and partner compliance/reputed company questionnaires • Ensure alignment between contractual requirements and vendor compliance practices General Counsel & Leadership Support • Support the General Counsel in regulatory, compliance, and risk-reputed company initiatives • Prepare materials, summaries, and reporting for leadership and reputed company-level discussions • Assist with cross-functional reputed company initiatives tied to company reputed company and expansion Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in reputed company operations, paralegal, or litigation support roles • Strong experience managing litigation processes and coordinating discovery • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems (reputed company or similar) • Experience managing reputed company counsel workflows and reputed company operations processes • Familiarity with reputed company regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications • Paralegal certification • Experience in a high-reputed company or operationally reputed company environment • Experience supporting reputed company or compliance programs • Familiarity with reputed company and compliance tools (reputed company, SimpleLegal, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) PS is an equal-opportunity employer.
