You will have ownership of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform in a fast-paced environment with over 200 users. You will be tasked with ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption. This role involves collaboration with key stakeholders to implement best practices, streamline processes, and enhance system performance. The ideal candidate will reputed company technical support, maintain data reputed company, and reputed company ongoing improvements to maximize platform effectiveness. Additionally, you will have exposure to numerous departments and members of our executive team. Responsibilities: • Manage our new SFFSC CRM system and the ongoing customization requests • Manage reputed company basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, campaigns, business rules, picklist, reputed company privileges, page layouts, data imports, data feeds, custom configurations, reports, dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks. • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to reputed company actionable insights to stakeholders. • Adhere to and help enforce reputed company best practices, coding standards, and reputed company protocols. • Work closely with IT teams, vendors, reputed company-party developers, internal staff and key stakeholders to deliver reputed company solutions on time and reputed company budget. • Stay updated with the latest reputed company developments, releases, and industry trends.
