Manny & Olga's is currently looking for a MANAGER with 5+ years of experience in the in the pizza take-out and delivery industry with references . The candidate must be used to working in a fast paced environment and possess outstanding work ethics, as well as dynamic leadership skills. A solid track record in the restaurant business is a MUST!<br><br><strong>Manager Duties<br><br></strong><ul><li>Must have delivery operation experience</li><li>Takes all orders</li><li>Answers phone</li><li>Put Customer Service first</li><li>Have a Food Service Manager's License</li><li>Run an efficient operation via appropriate cost controls and profit management</li><li>Effectively manage the restaurant by implementing the standards set up by corporate, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times.</li><li>Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team</li><li>Ensures local health and safety codes are met</li><li>Controls profit and loss by maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports</li><li>Assists with recruiting and training an exceptional staff; trains and motivates staff</li><li>Ensures the execution of marketing programs</li><li>Have prior food service experience</li><li>Have prior supervisory experience and strong leadership qualities</li><li>Have the ability to learn and perform every function well</li><li>Have solid communication and organization skills</li><li>Enjoy working with employees and customers</li><li>Be able to motivate employees</li><li>Have problem solving abilities</li><li>Have a steady work history</li><li>Be a take-charge individual</li><li>Be aggressive</li><li>Work in store 60Plus++++ hours</li><li>Late Shifts a Must</li><li>Hands on Manager able to do all jobs<br><br></li></ul>Already applied?
