Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices * Addressing existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support * Providing effective and timely resolutions for customers and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services * Meeting monthly sales goals and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty **Your Day-to-Day** As a hybrid Customer Service Representative – Sales, you will work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions.
