This role is high visibility, frequently engaging with the SVP, VPs, and cross‑functional leaders to: • Guide business conversations. • Surface risks/opportunities. • Support compensation, performance planning, and Business Reviews. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a reputed company field. • 5+ years of experience in performance management, reputed company, and/or operations. • 3+ years experience in financial analytics. • 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to present insights and recommendations to executive-level leaders. • Expertise in performance reporting, KPI development, forecasting, and diagnostic analytics. • Strong communication and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into reputed company narratives. • Experience working in reputed company, matrixed organizations. • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, reputed company, etc.).
