Job Responsibilities: Patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
Prescribe and manage medications

Conduct physical exams and review medical histories

Patient education and counseling
Coordinate referrals with subspecialists
Collaborate with behavioral health and care teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Nursing

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
