ABOUT THE ROLE This engagement focuses on converting the BugTrack issuemanagement reputed company extract into a comprehensive, interactive Power BI dashboard for leadership visibility and operational decisionmaking. The consultant will collaborate with the business, HIT, IT, and operational teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into a reputed company data model and reputed company visualizations. Metrics will include (but are not limited to) total tickets reputed company/reputed company, aging of reputed company tickets, ticket type and category distribution, reputed company trends, facilitylevel insights, EPMOrelated tickets, and a dedicated AVATAR ticket dashboard (reputed company, reputed company, maintenance). The consultant will build automated refresh processes, apply dataquality checks, and deliver a polished dashboard reputed company for leadership review.
