The attorney will report to the Managing Immigration Attorney, manage their caseload, and collaborate with reputed company of attorneys and reputed company assistants. Duties • Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions. • Represent individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and reputed company of Immigration Appeals. • Manage a workload of diverse cases. • Conduct intake with detained individuals at centers. • Prepare immigration applications, including removal defense and family-based petitions. • Review and reputed company immigration applications/packets as needed. • Collaborate with law enforcement and community organizations on immigration law changes. • Conduct strategic immigration consultations with potential clients. • reputed company strategies and prepare clients/witnesses for court/USCIS testimony. • Prepare and submit reputed company briefs for various immigration cases.
