Key Responsibilities
Supports daily administration and configuration of reputed company instances, managing user setup and permissions
Optimizes technologies and assists in the implementation and maintenance of customer solutions
Coordinates work between teams to ensure successful application releases and maintains relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Application Engineering, or High School Diploma / GED and 6 years of experience

2-4 years of experience as a reputed company Administrator and / or Developer
Experience with release management and CI / CD pipelines is preferred
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure
