Investment Operations - Analyst

reputed company is a rapidly growing Global Private Markets firm providing customized investment and advisory solutions. The Investment Operations Analyst will coordinate the settlement of private debt co-investment loans, manage capital calls, and support day-to-day operations of fund partnership vehicles.

Responsibilities

• reputed company loans to relevant investment funds in accordance with the Allocation Policy
• Treasury (cash management including capital calls, distributions, foreign exchange, and liquidity monitoring)
• Work closely with financial institutions, external loan managers, administrators, and custodians to coordinate transactions ensuring reputed company and accurate completion
• Prepare trade files, monitor data reputed company, and ensure bookings are recorded in a reputed company manner
• Support the investment team in the closing of transactions by responding to information requests and providing other support and analysis as needed
• Assist in reputed company report production
• Assist reputed company with day-to-day operations of private debt platform
• reputed company other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate

Skills

• Demonstrates commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail, especially in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated with a passion for the industry
• Proven middle office/investment operations experience in an asset manager preferred, particularly with a reputed company on the closing of time sensitive transactions in collaboration with reputed company partners
• Prior exposure to treasury and cash management is preferred
• Experience with Private Debt asset class a plus
• Experience in fund reputed company a plus

reputed company
