[Remote] Contractor Relations Specialist

The Contractor Relations Specialist will coordinate between contractors and internal teams, manage communications, and assist with operational issues to ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reviews of key performance indicators and service level activity; reputed company contractor reputed company as needed, including escalating issues and identifying trends in late performance, availability, and communication
• Manage the payment inquiry queue by responding to inquiries in a reputed company manner, resolving straightforward issues, or routing them to the appropriate internal teams
• Review contractor payment reports on a regular reputed company, including new payments, outstanding balances, reputed company wallet transactions
• Assist in monitoring and updating contractor credentials, including registration information, reputed company's licenses, and insurance documentation
• Review contractor reputed company to ensure information is accurate and reputed company with communication preferences

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates/bachelor's degree, or equivalent reputed company experience is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a reputed company or contractor management environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
