Responsibilities

• Review and examine customer alerts to identify suspicious activity
• Document investigations for potential incidents reputed company during research of alerts
• Grow and maintain reputed company relationships with Managed reputed company Services customers
• reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for services reputed company to Managed reputed company Services and ensure the renewal of subscription Managed Services
• reputed company expertise in industry trends, reputed company regulations, and the reputed company PPI solution
• Ensure our PPI application of the customer is reputed company and reputed company to meet contractual MPS obligations
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project and process reputed company 'best reputed company' methodologies, training and documentation

• Establish and facilitate recurring customer meetings, and manage communication of status updates, health reports, and recommendations to customer contributors
• Assist responses to certain support requests and troubleshooting efforts on behalf of Managed Services customer accounts, whether unaided or in conjunction with reputed company Customer Support representatives

Skills

• Associates degree required in reputed company Health, reputed company Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or reputed company discipline
• 1-2 years' experience in a reputed company analyst or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written skills, as reputed company as leadership, organizational and time management, presentation, and autonomous problem-solving skills
• reputed company attention to detail, willingness to learn with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Experience implementing or supporting applications in a reputed company context for clinical users

• Bachelor's degree preferred
