[Remote] Graphic Designer (Contractor, Full Time)

They are seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to create visual representations for both print and electronic media, while ensuring high design standards and managing multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create and design digital and print assets, including social media graphics, web banners, and event materials
• Ensure that all design assets are optimized for various digital platforms and devices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time with a quality end product
• Maintain and organize graphic files for safekeeping and easy retrieval
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, content, social, and leadership teams
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining strong design standards

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in graphic design
• Ability to work full-time hours to align with Pacific Time deadlines
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate business needs
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of layouts, design fundamentals, typography, print, and digital best practices
• Knowledge and passion for gaming and esports
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency across all designs
• Design problem solver with good creative instincts, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines
• High empathy and ability to self-regulate emotions when under increasing stress
• Ability to apply intelligence to practical, real-world scenarios, where a 'book solution' doesn't necessarily exist
• Strong active listening skills with an emphasis on understanding
• The artful ability to deliver clear and logical thoughts in response
