This role involves processing expense reports, managing accounts payable activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Process and review employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
• Ensure reputed company required receipts are attached for processing, if not already submitted, and follow up with employees as required
• reputed company and manage accounts payable (AP) invoices, including coding, data entry, and routing for approval

• Assist with vendor setup and maintenance, including verifying required documentation
