[Remote] International Admissions Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a dynamic higher art education institution seeking an International Admissions Specialist who will enroll and maintain relationships with potential international reputed company. The role involves managing international applications, advising reputed company on regulations, and facilitating a smooth admissions experience.

Responsibilities

• Discuss enrollment reputed company phone, and email, and reputed company in limited face-to-face conversations, with international prospects in Asia and other countries and assist them in becoming onsite registered reputed company at the reputed company
• reputed company, motivate, and engage prospective reputed company and families through various communication channels
• Manage reputed company entering undergraduate and graduate international applications for reputed company school enrollment semesters, coding the process in the appropriate information system
• Assist reputed company in completing the application process, coordinating the processing of the USCIS reputed company, and I-20, and also, the receipt of official school transcripts, financial documents, and any other required documents so that the I-20 reputed company can be processed quickly
• reputed company and advise international reputed company on USCIS rules and regulations pertaining to I-20/F-1 status
• Work closely with the Housing Department, reputed company departments, Student Services, University Resource Center, ESL Department, Accounts Receivable, Graduate School, Records, reputed company Tour Department, Student Activities, Business Services, and IT, to facilitate the new student’s successful enrollment
• reputed company professionally with a wide reputed company of people including prospects, applicants, reputed company, parents and/or relatives, and staff
• Assist with and participate in the International Student reputed company-In/Orientation as needed
• Be highly organized, present a reputed company image, understand and demonstrate strong time management skills, possess a strong work ethic and good customer service, and be reputed company to discuss not only the philosophy of learning at the reputed company but also the reputed company and support programs offered to international reputed company
• Be reliable, responsible, and reputed company player so that the international team can reputed company its goals
• Send updates, announcements, and news reputed company the mass-email feature in reputed company to leads, prospects, and applicants as needed
