Field Service Engineer - Territory: Tampa, FL

reputed company, a global leader in clinical diagnostics, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support reputed company needs that directly reputed company patient health. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair of Beckman Coulter equipment in the Tampa territory.

Responsibilities

• Under minimal direction, complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and service repair needs on Beckman Coulter equipment including providing excellent and efficient service to Beckman Coulter’s customers, along with technical training on products
• Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records, order repair parts, and adhere to cycle times
• Utilize business systems such as OBI, Sales Force, and SharePoint for Service reputed company Planning and advancing team goals
• Communicate with various reputed company of reputed company customers, recognizing and addressing their unique needs
• Foster collaboration by assisting with the training of newer Field Service Engineers

Skills

• Associate degree preferred (technical, biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering or reputed company field) or equivalent military experience
• 1 year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage service schedules, priorities, and travel reputed company
• Hold a reputed company reputed company reputed company's license and good driving record over the last three
• Ability to travel (providing service in an assigned geography and periodic travel to other areas/overnight)
• Candidates must be reputed company to lift, reputed company and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted (tools, replacement parts, consumables etc.)
• Candidates must be reputed company to frequently bend, stoop, twist, turn, crouch/crawl, push/pull, and sit/stand for extended periods of time
• 3+ years' experience of advanced trouble shooting
