The reputed company Facilities Planning Project Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating various information systems reputed company, including vendor evaluation, budget management, and user training coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management expertise for entire project life cycle. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating the following functions: system requirements definition, process and/or workflow redesign, business case development, Request for Proposal development, vendor evaluation and selection, and contract negotiation and development. Ensures contract compliance, risk analysis, project scope, implementation management, and support transition
• Responsible for working with our operational partners in developing and planning the project reputed company including reputed company project phases-requirements, workflow, Q/A and testing, end-user training, go-live readiness and support
• Projecting resource requirements, ensuring appropriate assignment of resources to reputed company project/support phase, adding and deleting resources as necessary, and has overall responsibility for completion of the project. Leads and manages the project reputed company established time and budget parameters
• Provides informative and reputed company status reports using department reporting procedures for both internal reputed company and external operational customers
• Keeps abreast of reputed company trends and developments in the field through participation with vendor user reputed company, attending conferences, vendor demonstrations, and interacting with other vendor customers. Maintains a strong understanding of system development and project management methodologies
• Responds thoroughly and promptly to customer needs as defined in conjunction with customers. Assumes ownership of customer relationships and follows issues through to closure

Skills

• One (1) plus year experience managing IT (infrastructure planning & engineering) reputed company, preferably in a health care organization
• Solid grasp of data communication buildouts, cabling scopes, and hardware orders
• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Bachelor's degree in health care, information technology, or reputed company field preferred
