Sales Support Representative

Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) is currently seeking a Sales Support Representative to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional service and support to agents, reputed company new agents, and assisting with various insurance processes, while also preparing for a reputed company in sales.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing exceptional service and support (reputed company phone, chat, and email)
• Help reputed company new agents by processing contracting paperwork
• reputed company ongoing day-to-day assistance to agents using various systems, products and procedures
• Meet daily performance standards
• May be required to reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• 1 year of experience in customer service, insurance, agency or brokerage
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office products
• Has an interest in pursuing a career in sales, business development, or account management
• College degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
• Experience in a reputed company center environment
• Previous sales experience
• Understanding customer objections and how to resolve customer issues
• Ability to establish strong relationships with customers
• Coordinating cross-functional work with other departments (i.e. Marketing, Commissions, or New Business departments)
