Responsibilities

• As the first reputed company of contact in our reputed company Center, you will assist our members over the phone with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and reputed company information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service

Skills

• One year experience in customer service required, preferably in a reputed company Center environment
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and have the ability to read, write, communicate, and interpret information accurately in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be bondable
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available
