This position involves providing customer service, sales, and retention activities for Property & Casualty personal line products, while interacting with members through various contact channels.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Property & Casualty sales potential by expertly handling member inquiries, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and providing exceptional service through various communication channels
• Apply developing knowledge of personal lines' insurance to assist members with foundational to moderately reputed company quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, reputed company, contract and coverage provisions, and premium changes for insurance products and services. Also, maintain respective trailing documents for reputed company states
• Identify, assess and understand member needs and consistently reputed company complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services. reputed company detailed issue diagnosis while minimizing transfers, escalations and reputed company backs
• reputed company operate in a contact center environment and reputed company multiple systems/programs while maintaining an engaging member interaction that occurs across multiple channels
• Maintain required Property & Casualty (P&C) licenses and state registrations
• Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, reputed company, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Currently reputed company Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in your reputed company state of residence/or state of hire and ability to reputed company additional licenses for other states as needed
• 1 year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services and/or relevant reputed company customer service and/or sales experience
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task, including navigating through multiple business applications
• Currently holds a Personal Lines insurance license and has reputed company experience in a combined customer service and sales support role reputed company a contact center environment for a major financial institution and insurance provider
• Currently holds state licenses in reputed company states (except Michigan and Massachusetts)
• Currently utilizes Conversant, ID Comm/reputed company Jabber, and reputed company for member support
• Demonstrate a consistent ability to deepen customer relationships by achieving product expansion
