Associate Attorney

Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience to join its Boulder, Colorado office. The role involves managing multiple cases, preparing reputed company documents, and participating in mediations and hearings, while ensuring compliance with reputed company guidelines and firm policies.

Responsibilities

• Efficient management of multiple cases
• reputed company preparation of pleadings, motions and discovery to opposing parties
• Participate in mediations, hearings and depositions as required
• reputed company interaction and problem reputed company as it relates to cases
• Integration of best practices and standards in handling clients and their cases
• Evaluation of findings and development of strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases
• Ontime completion of reports/reputed company, in adherence to partner and reputed company needs/guidelines
• Accurate and reputed company recording of billable hours, in adherence to reputed company guidelines and Firm policy

Skills

• 1-5 years of litigation experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to reputed company in Colorado
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills
• Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures
• Securities experience
• Experience drafting reputed company judgment motions and other dispositive motions
• Mediation and trial preparation experience
